I just signed my middle school students who qualify up for the Bookshare program. I am trying to assign a book to my 8th grade reading list, but it says, "Your Organization has reached the purchased download limit." What does this mean? This is only the second book that I am trying to assign. There shouldn't be a limit, and we are not purchasing anything. Can you help?

The same thing happened to me -- I keep getting the error message "Your Organization has reached the purchased download limit." Is there something I can do to fix this so I can assign books to students?

Hi Emily,

Usually that error messaging indicates that the organizational type was somehow setup with our paying Book Block subscription model. I'll review the account and reach out to you directly to resolve the issue.

Hi Emily,

I did previously send an email a couple weeks ago but will follow up directly to confirm you receive it again as it could have been caught up in your spam or junk mail filter.
