Read2Go Bookmarks

Hello, I have been having difficulty with a student that is attempting to use the bookmark feature. Each time she attempts to access her bookmarked places the app closes and kicks her out. She is able to click to bookmark but is then not able to access the bookmarked pages. Any suggestions?

Hey Desiree,

We hear this from time to time and find that generally what's going on is the book itself is corrupted somehow on the device.  Please remove the book from Read2Go and re-download it.  

It's possible also Read2Go itself may be corrupted on the device, if that doesn't work have them remove Read2Go itself from the device and re-add it from the app store.
