Do you remove students who move?

One fourth of the kids on our school list have moved.  It suggests only removing them if they graduate.  Do you suggest removing these students or leaving them on until they would graduate?

Hi Susan,

I am the Primary Contact for our district's Organizational account and I do remove a student if someone tells me that a student is no longer in our district.  I am always concerned that if they remain on our district Organizational account,  they might not be able to be added to an Organizational Account in their new district.  I don't know if that is true, though.  We are a large district and I like to keep the list current.

I hope this helps!

Hi Susan,

I would agree with what Michelle stated. I generally recommend removing them whenever they are no longer part of your organization. This tends to help keep the members roster up to date. Members left on organizational accounts can be added to others as well though this causes an issue where the member may not log into the correct account.

The only time I really recommend keeping them on the account is if they still want access to certain books while they are being set up on another account.
