I manage my district's account.  I tried to add a sponsor (teacher) and it says her email is already used.  How can I find out what list she is on or what is going on?  She swears she never signed up before.  I am thinking she started signing up and stopped.  Help?

Hello Linda,

When you see the message that a sponsor's email is already in use, that means that the teacher in question either created an account on their own, or is already on someone else's account. You can either add them to your account using a different email, or you can ask them to contact Bookshare Customer Support to request they be removed from the account they are currently on. Once removed you will be able to add them to your account with the email that is currently in use.
