Hello,

I submitted a roster of students on Saturday morning. The system said two to four days and I would have an answer. Two questions, how do I know that I submitted it right? and how do I know when and if they are accepted?

Hello Robin,

You can always check the members list for your organization to see if the students on your roster have been added yet. If not, please reach out to customer support directly for confirmation. You can email us at membership@bookshare.org or call us at 650-352-0198 option 1 for membership. Our normal hours are 9am to 5pm PST, Monday through Friday.

If a student is having trouble accessing their organizational membership account, please verify that they are using the login information that was assigned to them by a sponsor on the account. If they are still unable to log in, you can reset the password for them by clicking on the "edit" icon (the blue pencil) next to their name on your members list and then emailing them to let them know the new password.

If a student is having trouble accessing their Individual Membership account, they can reach out to us for direct assistance at support@bookshare.org or by phone at 650-352-0198. Our normal hours are 9am to 5pm PST, Monday through Friday.
