volunteering verification

I'm interested in volunteering with Bookshare to meet a requirement for my school program. However, my program wants to be able to independently verify that I've met my requirements with whatever organization I decide to volunteer with. Does Bookshare have anyway for my program to contact them and verify that I'm volunteering?
